The most preferred and one of the first shopping centers of Bursa, was initially opened in 2001. It has been an unmatched shopping and entertainment center for over 10 years. However, the ever-increasing number of shopping centers combined with fast-changing consumers’ behaviors and expectations have paved the way for an unparalleled food and entertainment capacity of the shopping center, together with a new DIY store.
Following a successful extension and renovation project, the shopping center added 15,200 m2 of GLA, as well as over 9,000 m2 of common area for food & entertainment.
