We are delighted to announce that the PALM CITY Mersin Shopping Center, which is invested by ÆRIUM, developed by RETFUND and leased & managed by CEFIC, and which enjoys its contemporary, attractive new architecture and concept after an 18 months development period, received two new awards from International Property Media, in the categories of “Best Retail Development” and “Best Commercial Renovation & Redevelopment”.
Palm City Mersin Shopping Center, achieved many esteemed international awards in the past as a special project, which was integrated with the modern face of Mersin (one of the fastest-growing cities in Turkey), and succeed to respond the needs of a dynamic urban life, received these two significant awards in a glorious award ceremony held on October 14th, 2014, Tuesday at the Marriott London Grosvenor Square Hotel.
